I met up with the previous principal of my school this afternoon.. And the difference in character and way of management was like heaven and earth. Yes, the difference is that much. My current principal , YYY, is a BITCH!!! She was promoted to the post of principal just because she has a bloody Masters degree but she has not management skills. She has shit for experience. She was promoted from a normal teacher straight to principal. Rumour has it that this was because she has connections in the Ministry of Education. The year she was transfered to St. Georges Institution, it was the time the downfall of SGI was predicted. She is total SHIT! She cant co-operate with the teachers, scolding them infront of students, cant maintain the discipline level of the school and we dont see her doing any work. And she's frequently not there.She even once scolded the teacher for announcing that she's absent from the school. I mean, what's wrong with people knowing that you're away from school. But no, she has to scold the teacher just because she doesnt want people to know that she's skipping school. What is the big difference whether you're there or not? It doesnt make shit of a difference if you asked me. When you're there. you do shit, when you;re not there, it's still shit. So SHIT! LOL. She even dare scolded the teachers that were late to a staff because they were committed to their job and had extra class to conduct to the students. SHIT! That's why SGI results are dropping. I'm glad I'm leaving the school this year but I'm sad that she's gonna bring everything down with her useless management skills. She has even ruined a lot of our school's traditions. Our scout troop used to be know for our various skills but since she limited our use of the school, we cant actually pass down the skills that we're known for anymore. For example, we used to be the only scout troop to know how to do abseiling, but now, it's not allowed anymore and so that skill is long dead. Damn you YYY, damn you to hell!
Well.. her notoriousness is well known. Thank god she didn't transfer to Convent like the rumour has it but at least, I'd say Helen was a tiny bit better than her in the sense that the poor old lady has an idea of what she is doing instead of being a blind bat who thinks that she's always right. I wonder what happened to her anyway.
But still there's nothing one can do about it. Pray you guys get a new principal before SGI is doomed to the deepest and darkest pit of hell!

I used to have a pretty evil principle when I was in elementary school. Mom told the principle that I was getting beat up on during recess and he didn't do a darn thing about it, even though the kid had left bruises on me from it.

haha. but u know what i heard about my ex-high school? the principal commented laudably to a teacher for a teamwork where this teacher did nothing and my teacher who is behind all the work received no praises at all.
this kind of people is really stupid. if you as the head never praise ur underling or treat them nicely, they r just digging ur own grave.
what is a leader if there's no one behind u?
