For I just acquired my killing set!!! MUAhHAHhHAHhhHAHhahhahHAHHAH!


In other news, the other day in pastry, we did fruit fritters. It was fun and challenging at the same time. I enjoyed it. Basically, you do a batter, cut some fruits up, put in flour then dip it in the batter and then u just fry it. Simple.

Prepared fruits placed on a towel to soak up excess water then placed into the batter


Fruits being fried.

Some sauces were made in the process of all this to accompany this dish. Naturally, because it is, anyhow, a dessert. So some strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce and some vanilla cream was made. As expected, the end result is great.



Simple but elegant!


This is actually bacon with potatoes,eggs and onions which I cooked for my supper the other night. Just thought I would share.

I LOVE COOKING!

PS: To those people who tagged me, I'm so sorry, I'm kinda lazy to do tags.
